Enalla Full shows as locked on another Mac

Enalla Full is tied to your Apple Account, not to one Mac. Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought with. Then open Settings in Enalla, go to Reminders and press Restore Purchases in the Free edition section. Enalla Full unlocks again. If it stays locked, email us.

Refunds

Apple sells Enalla Full, so Apple handles every refund. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought with, choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund", and pick the purchase. Apple explains the steps at support.apple.com/118223 and decides on each request. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but if something in the app is wrong, email us and we will help you fix it.

Turning notifications off

To stop every Enalla notification, open System Settings, choose Notifications, then Enalla, and turn off Allow notifications. Reminders still show in the menu bar: the icon changes and a card waits in the popover.

To stop one kind of reminder altogether, open Settings in Enalla, go to Reminders and switch it off.
